I’m (re)reading Carol Dweck’s book, “Mindset: The New Psychology of Success”.
If you haven’t already read it, it’s one of those books you’ll come back to and refer regularly too. My copy is highlighted and has got notes all in the margins.
What I found so powerful about this book was that it forces you to take accountability for what you say you CAN’T do. Because if you have the GROWTH mindset, everything can be figured out.
I love this graphic that breaks down what a FIXED vs. a GROWTH mindset is. I hope it helps you realize that you’re actually capable of so much more than you give yourself credit for in pretty much every area of your life.
