Morning Line: Hydrate your Spirit!

Psalm 42: 1-2 “ As a deer longs for flowing streams, so my soul longs for you, O God.
My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When shall I come and behold the face of God?

Psalm 105:41 (KJV) “ He opened the rock, and the waters gushed out; they ran in the dry places like a river. “

The water in the rock has spiritual significance to us “All”. As stated in 1 Corinthians 10:4 (KJV) “And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ.” The water is the Word of God flowing in us and Christ Jesus is the rock we can stand on.

We need to strive to be like the man in Psalm 1:2-3 (KJV) “But his delight is in the law of the Lord, and in his law doth he meditate day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither, and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.”

We are the tree and the Word brings forth fruit of the spirit, love, peace, joy, gentleness, self-control, meekness, and temperance in your life and prospers you.

 Let God’s Word hydrate, cleanse and fill you today, walking in health and prosper as it leads you.
